Cathy Schultz Art (“I”, “me”, “my”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, how I use it, and your choices.
What I collect
Contact form and enquiries — your name, email address, and any message details you choose to share.
Newsletter sign-up — your email address, and your name if you provide it, so I can send you updates, new artwork, and market/class news via Kit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Purchases — when you buy original art or prints through this site, I (or my payment processor) collect your name, shipping address, email, and payment details needed to complete and deliver your order. Payment information itself is processed securely by Squarespace Payments and is never stored by me directly.
Class bookings — if you book one of my in-person art classes through ClassBento, your booking details (name, contact information, payment) are collected and processed by ClassBento directly — their own privacy policy governs that transaction, not this one.
Cookies — this site uses cookies to run smoothly and, where you consent, to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the “Manage cookies” option in the banner or footer.
Third parties
Some of your information is shared with the services I use to run this business:
Squarespace — hosts this website and processes payments (Squarespace Payments) and store orders.
PayPal — if you choose to pay via PayPal, they process that transaction directly.
Bluethumb — if you purchase through Bluethumb rather than this site, their own privacy policy applies to that transaction, not this one.
ClassBento — handles bookings and payments for my in-person art classes.
Kit — sends newsletters and updates to subscribers.
Square — used only for in-person payments at markets and stalls; it never touches this website or any online transaction.
I don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

Your rights

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on Squarespace’s, ClassBento’s, and my payment processors’ security standards. No online system is completely secure, but I don’t store payment card details myself.
